What Can I Expect In The Orthotics Process?

How Do You Create Custom Orthotics?

This video shows you the actually orthotic casting method we are currently using.

  • q-iconHow long does it take to get my orthotics?

    14-20 days.  These are custom built to your foot so it takes a little time to put everything together.

  • q-iconCan I get my orthotics faster?

    Yes, you can take advantage of our rush processing. That’s an additional $60. And your orthotics will arrive here at the store in around  7 days on average. Sometimes it could take a day or two extra.

  • q-iconIf for any reason I have an issue with my orthotics, what should I do?

    Simply come back for a follow up and let us make adjustments.  It’s important that it is just right for you.

  • q-iconAre these orthotics really going to help me?

    If we went through the fitting process with you then that means you definitely need a custom orthotic. We wouldn’t have gone through that process with you if we didn’t know the custom orthotics would help.
